The NSA welcomes the European Commission’s initiative to simplify and revise the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and does in its position paper set out its positions on the scope of application, product categorisation, non‑categorised products, data availability and coherence with other legislation, and the implementation, transition and legal certainty of the proposal.
